目的了解福州市某社区糖尿病患者的生存质量状况及其影响因素。方法采用糖尿病生存质量特异性测定量表（DSQL）对福州市某社区经确诊的198名糖尿病患者进行问卷调查，用SPSS11．5软件进行相关性及逐步回归等统计分析。结果社区中糖尿病患者生存质量普遍下降，其中心理维度受损程度最严重（17．777±4．039），其次是生理维度（25．157±6．687）、治疗维度（5．429±1．578）、社会维度（6．439±2．238）。有无并发症、病程长短、有无运动、有无高血压、文化程度等是影响生存质量的主要因素。结论在现代生物医学模式下，对糖尿病患者的治疗，除采取综合治疗外，更应该加强对糖尿病患者心理的引导，使其自我管理能力提高，积极配合治疗，从而提高生存质量。

英文摘要：

Objective To understand the quality of life and the influencing factors of diabetics. Methods 198 cases from Fuzhou community were selected and investigated using DSQL questionnaire. Spearman＇ s correlation and stepwise regression in SPSS 11.5 were used for analysis of influencing factors. Results The quality of life of diabetics was not so better than several years ago in Fuzhou community. Their QOL was firstly influenced by psychology （17. 777 ±4. 039）, secondly was physiology （25. 157 ±6. 687）, treatment （5. 429 ± 1. 578） and their social relationship （6. 439 ±2. 238）. The main influencing factors on QOL were complicating, duration of diabetes, sports, hypertension and education level. Conclusion When comprehensive treating DM, psychotherapy and health eeducation are very important for the improvement of their QOL.
