为克服混沌脉冲位置调制(CPPM)存在的缺点,提出了一种新的可用于超宽带冲击无线电(UWB-IR)改进型通信方案,并采用不同混沌映射进行研究。通过仿真对存在有噪声和滤波的情况下系统的性能进行比较。结果表明,在非理想定时情况下,提出的新系统具有比CPPM更好的解码性能,而且其性能受混沌映射的影响很小,改进后的方法具有广泛的实用性。
To eliminate the two main disadvantages in chaotic pulse position modulation (CPPM), a modified chaotic pulse position modulation (CPPM) strategy for ultra-wide bandwidth impulse radio communication system is firstly proposed here, as well as be discussed carefully with distinct chaotic mappings. The performances of the systems are simulated and compared in the presence of noise and filtering. It is shown that not only does the proposed scheme in this paper perform better in demodulation under the situation of imperfect timing, but also possesses a wide application for its performance varies little when employing different chaotic mappings.
