目的优选流苏石斛药材中多糖的最佳水提工艺。方法对流苏石斛中多糖的提取进行正交试验研究,以石斛多糖得率为指标,通过L9（34）正交试验优化水提工艺。结果对石斛多糖提取有明显影响的因素为提取次数和加水量。结论最佳提取工艺为A3B3C2,即加8倍量水,提取3次,每次提取3小时。
英文摘要：
Objective Optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides in Medicinal Dendrobium fimbriatum water. Orthogonal test to study ththe extraction method of convection ofof polysaccharides in Dendrobium polysaccharides, with the rate as the index, through L9（34）orthogonal test optimization of extraction process of water. Results the Dendrobium polysaccharide extraction factors have obvious influence to the extraction times and the extraction time. Conclusion the best extraction process is A3B3C2, with 8 times amount of water, extracting for 3 times, each time 3 hour extraction.
