在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,严格按照心理测量学量表编制程序,编制了信度和效度均达到要求的职业高原测量量表;在此基础上,采用问卷调查的方法对近900名员工施测,用探索性因子分析验证性因子分析和结构方程技术对数据进行处理后发现:职业高原对工作满意度和组织承诺负向作用明显,也会导致员工离职倾向的增加;而且,职业高原会通过工作满意度和组织承诺部分中介作用于离职倾向,工作满意度也会通过组织承诺部分中介作用于离职倾向。
Based on researches home and abroad,according to the process of psychometrics,career plateau questionnaire is compiled and its reliability and validity are perfect.On this basis,about 900 employees are investigated,and the data is analyzed by exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis.The result shows that: career plateau has significantly negative impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment,and significantly positive impact on turnover intention;job satisfaction and organizational commitment partly mediate the relationship between career plateau and turnover intention;organizational commitment partly mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention.
