采用氧乙炔喷涂方法,在镁合金表面喷涂Al涂层,并对喷涂后涂层进行热压处理。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)对热压后的涂层进行组织微观形貌和面扫描元素分布分析,通过电化学工作站和浸泡试验对涂层进行耐腐蚀性分析,通过显微硬度仪对涂层的硬度进行测试。结果表明,热压后的涂层厚度明显降低,孔隙基本消失。由极化曲线和腐蚀试验可知,热压后的Al涂层的耐蚀性要好于未热压的Al涂层和基体;由显微硬度测试可知,热压的Al涂层的硬度是未热压的Al涂层的1.22倍。
Al coating was prepared on the surface of AZ31 B magnesium alloy by means of oxygen acetylene spraying,and the coating on the AZ31 Balloy prepared was treated by hot pressing treatment.Microstructure and surface scanning elements distribution of hot pressing coating were analyzed by SEM,EDS,and corrosion resistance of the hot pressed coating was tested through the immersion test and electrochemical workstation.Meanwhile,the hardness of the coating was analyzed by micro hardness tester.The results reveal that after hot pressing,coating thickness is reduced significantly,and the porosity disappears.In addition,the hot pressed Al coating has a better corrosion resistance compared with the Al coating and substrate.Meanwhile,hardness of the hot pressed Al coating is the 1.22 times of the Al coating.
