以万寿菊为试验材料,通过盆栽试验,研究尾矿砂5种不同改良方式对花卉根系生长的影响。盆栽基质以尾矿与淤泥按100∶0、75∶25、50∶50、25∶75、0∶100比例混合而成,分别标记为:S100y00、S75y25、S50y50、S25y75、S00y100。结果表明:随淤泥在混合基质中比例的增加,万寿菊根系的主根长逐渐增长;根体积和地下部分的生物量逐渐增加;万寿菊对铜尾矿中铜的积累,主要集中在根部,地上部分与地下部分差异显著。
In order to investigate the effects of copper mining tailings on root growth of an ornamental plant,M.antigua and to provide experimental basis for copper mine reclamation,the tailings were amended with sludge and applied to the study plant in pots.The tailings and sludge were mixed at a mass ratio of 100∶0,75∶25,50∶50,25∶75 and 0∶100,labeled as S100y00,S75y25,S50y50,S25y75 and S00y100,respectively.The result demonstrated that,with increasing proportion of sludge in the compound medium,the length of M.antigua taproots grew,and the root volume and belowground biomass increased gradually.Copper was accumulated primarily in the roots of M.antigua.There was significant difference between the aboveground and belowground parts regarding to copper accumulation.
