应用主成分分析法对1980-2008年定西人类活动指数、生态环境指数和政府干扰指数进行了构造模拟.通过对其演变轨迹的分析,结果表明定西市人类经济社会活动对生态系统的干扰强度不断加强,资源的过度开发利用和废弃物排放加剧了原本脆弱的生态环境;虽然国家宏观政策对地区社会经济和自然生态的干扰影响程度逐渐加强,但是仍然不能从根本上解决日益严峻的环境问题.
英文摘要：
The principal component analysis method, human activity index, sharp ecological index and gov- ernment interference index were employed to investigate and characterize the evolution and development of the human-environmental system of Dingxi from 1980 to 2008. The results indicate that human activity in- dex had been continually increasing, the disturbance intensity on the ecosystem continued to strengthen, and over-exploitation of resources and waste emissions exacerbated the fragile ecological environment. Although the national macro-policies concerning the regional socio-economic and ecological conditions were gradually strength- ened, they still could not fundamentally solve the increasingly serious environmental problems.
