文章运用马斯洛需求层次理论,探讨"工程光学"课程教学改革。根据电子科学与技术专业和测控技术及仪器专业的学生的先期知识基础和心理需求,参考不同专业的人才培养目标,对教学内容进行分目的、分层次设置。对两专业的教学内容进行区分与侧重,最终调动学生学习的内在积极性,提高课程教学效果。
Using Maslow's needs hierarchy theory, the teaching reform in"Engineering Optics"is discussed. For the students of electronics science and technology/measuring technology and instrument, considering to the up-front knowledge and psy-chological needs, the teaching contents are set differently with different objects and levels. Distinguishing the teaching knowl-edge, it could mobilize the students' intrinsic motivation, to improve the teaching effect.
