物业管理在我国经历了多年的发展,随着业主权利意识的逐步深入,而对于物业服务质量要求也越来越高,与此同时,物业管理部门也意识到了加强自身企业品牌建设的重要性。同样,一个好的品牌也是企业经营的有利保障。因此,物业管理部门必须提升自身的物业服务质量,品牌建设和经营战略并能相互协调来维护好物业管理的发展。本文通过调研重庆市合川区学府中央小区物业公司的成功案例,来分析小区如何通过物业的管理来取得成功的,并获得可以推而广之的经验,从而提升其他物业公司的服务质量来带动全国物业服务管理的整体水平。
Property management in China has experienced many years of development. With the gradual deepening of the rights awareness of owners, their requirements for the quality of property services are getting higher and higher, at the same time, property management departments are aware of the importance of strengthening their own brand building. And a good brand is also a favorable guarantee of business management. Therefore, the property management departments must improve their own property service quality, brand building and business strategy and can coordinate each other to maintain the development of property management. Through the investigation of the successful case of the Xuefu Central Residential Area Property Company in Hechuan District, Chongqing, this paper analyzes how the area succeeds through the management of the property and obtains the experience that can be extended so as to enhance the service quality of other property companies and improve the overall level of property service management in China.
