群体内聚力培训提升员工知识共享意愿时表现为"有中介的调节机制"。基于291名知识型员工的调查数据,采用结构方程模型检验了群体内聚力培训实践、相互协作、人际动力与员工知识共享意愿间的复杂性作用关系。结果显示:群体内聚力培训实践能够直接激发员工的知识共享意愿;人际动力对二者的关系发挥积极的调节作用;人际动力的调节作用部分通过相互协作的中介作用得以实现。
It has a' mediated moderation mechanism' in group cohesion training enhancing employees' knowledge sha- ring intention. Based on questionnaire data of 291 knowledge workers, this study built two structural equation models to examine the complex relationship among group cohesion training, cooperation, interpersonal dynamics, and employees' knowledge sharing intention. The results indicated that group cohesion training could enhance employees' knowledge sharing intention, interpersonal dynamics played a positive mediating role and the mediation was partly moderated by cooperation.
