针对钛铁矿原矿的特点,采用化学预处理的方式从钛铁矿的源头上破坏铁、钛致密共生体,实现钒钛磁铁矿的矿物转型和钛、铁晶格层面上的解离,再通过磁选工艺得到高品质的铁精矿和含铁较低的钛精矿。试验结果表明,钛铁矿原矿经氢氧化钾、氧气、氧化钙的共同作用得到的预处理渣,再通过磁选可以得到TiO2仅为5.61%,含铁为59.18%的铁精矿,和含TiO2为17.98%,含铁为16.35%的尾矿,实现了钛、铁的分离。
Considering the characteristics of ilmenite ore, the chemical pretreatment is employed to destroy the dense symbiont of iron ilmenite and titanium, which leads to transformation of ilmenite ore and dissociation of titanium from iron at the crystal lattice level. High-quality iron concentrate and titanium concentrate with little iron are achieved through magnetic separation process. In this study, the residue of the ilmenite ore pretreated by KOH, 02 and CaO is processed by magnetic separation. The experiments results indicate that 59. 18% iron concentrate with 5.61% of TiO2 and tailings containing 17.98% TiO2 and 16.35% iron are obtained, so that the separation of titanium and iron is achieved.
