为了改善变幅杆的形状因数,增加放大系数,用解析法设计了一种圆锥过渡复合变幅杆,计算了它的动力学参数。在此基础上,用ANSYS软件对变幅杆进行动力学分析,求得了对应的动力学参数,并用实验测得了这些参数。通过对比分析,说明了用ANSYS设计变幅杆的可行性,同时给出了变幅杆有限元分析及动力学实验的技术路线,为截面形状复杂的复合型变幅杆设计提供了一种有效的方法。
A cylindrical and conical composite horn is designed theoretically to improve its shape coefficient, increase its amplification factor and so on. Its dynamic parameters, obtained theoretically by ANSYS and experimentally, are so identical and practical to design horn with ANSYS. Simutaniously, the technology route of finite analysis and dynamic experiment is given, which will be an efficient method to be used to design composite horn with complicated intesection.
