本文将管理者认知的概念引入到适应度景观及NK模型中,建立了复杂环境下的组织绩效演化模型。通过计算机仿真方法研究了环境的复杂程度、管理者认知的宽度及管理认知精确程度这三者对组织绩效的影响关系。研究结果表明,管理认知的宽度在简单环境下能够有效提升组织绩效,而当环境趋于复杂时,管理者对决策结果的正确估计能力则更为重要。
Based on fitness landscape and NK model in complexity theory, an organization performance evolutionary model is built up. We introduce the managerial cognition to simulate how different width and depth of cognition affects the organization performance under various complexity environments. The result shows that cognition width effectively improves organization performance under simple environment, and when environment becomes complex, the accuracy of the manager's judgment ability is more important to the result of the decision.
