A small demonstrator of wind-solar hybrid power was developed based on the mutual complementary principal of wind-solar. The device consisted of several parts, such as wind generator, solar cells, controller, battery and load. Both wind energy and solar energy were transformed into e- lectrical energy and stored in batteries. The device showed the wind power system components, dem- onstrated the principles of wind power and associated aerodynamics.
