依据大班授课存在的弊端和高职学生的个体差异,在北大方正软件技术学院的公共英语和行业英语课堂中进行了为期三轮的分层教学行动研究.研究发现,虽然仍存在一些尚待解决的问题,但分层教学弥补了大班授课的不足,调动了不同层次和水平的学生学习英语的积极性,提高了高职公共英语的教学效果.
Based on the drawbacks of large class teaching and vocational college students' individual differences, three rounds of the action research on graded teaching have been conducted in the English teaching of Peking University Founder Technology College. It was found that graded teaching helps to arouse vocational college students' motivation to learn English and to improve the teaching effect of vocational college English.
