以中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana cerana)为实验材料,对蜂群中蜂王产的受精卵(QFG)、蜂王产的未受精卵(QUG)和工蜂产的未受精卵(WUG)3者之间的自然孵化率进行了比较研究。结果表明:在有王群内,QFG、QUG和WUG自然孵化率分别为97.33%±2.42%、97.63%±3.04%和97.41%±2.06%,3种卵孵化率差异不显著(P〉0.05);在无王群内,QFG、QUG和WUG自然孵化率分别为54.22%±6.52%、55.33%±6.47%和54.67%±7.04%,3种卵孵化率差异也不显著(P〉0.05);然而3种卵的孵化率在有王群内明显高于无王群内,两者之间差异极显著(P〈0.01)。
The nataral hatching rates of the fertilized- eggs laid by queens(QFG) , the unfertilized- eggs laid by queens(QUG) and the unfertilized- eggs laid by workers(WUG) in the colonies of honeybee, Apis cerana cerana were campared. The results showed that: in the queen - right colonies, the hatching rates of QFG, QUGand WUGwere97.33% ±2.42%,97.63% ±3.04% and 97.41% ±2.06%, respectively, but 54.22% ± 6.52% ,55.33% ± 6.47% and 54.67% ± 7.04% , respectively in the queenless colonies, there was no significant difference( P 〉 0.05)among the hatching rates of eggs in queen -right colonies or queenless colonies. However, there was remarkable difference( P 〈 0.01 ) between the queen - right colonies and queenless colonies in the hatching rates of QFG, QUG and WUG,they were higher in the queen - right colonies than those in the queenless ones.
