分析了高速滚动轴承在转速波动这一非平稳状态下的运行状态,研究了转速波动对轴承运转性能和失效模式的影响。理论分析和实验结果表明:轴承运转在非稳定状态下时,滚动体和保持架的碰撞和冲击加剧,打滑现象更容易发生;转速波动造成轴承支撑刚度波动,使轴系动力学特性发生变化,并造成局部预紧力不足,出现三点接触。
The performance of high speed rolling bearing was studied under unstable conditions of rotation speed fluctuation, and the failure modes of the bearing were analyzed under such conditions. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the impact of parts becomes serious, and skidding of bearing occurs more frequently, when bearing is running under unstable conditions. And the stiffness of the bearing support becomes fluctuant and the preload of the bearing becomes inadequate instantaneously, which will make the contact zones of bearing raceway extant.
