采用普通沥青和SBS改性沥青分别制备温拌与热拌GAC-20沥青混合料,通过标准马歇尔试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、肯塔堡浸水飞散试验、车辙试验、GTM旋转剪切试验和单轴贯入试验,评价了混合料的水稳定性和高温稳定性。结果表明,温拌剂对普通沥青混合料的改善作用更大,较大幅度地提高了混合料高温抗车辙性能,水稳定性与热拌沥青混合料差别不大;温拌剂对改性沥青混合料影响不大,水稳定性及高温性能与热拌沥青混合料相近。
Using matrix asphalt and modified asphalt to prepare GAC-20 warm-mix asphalt mixture and hot-mix asphalt mixture respectively, water stability and high temperature performance of warm-mix asphalt mixture and hot-mix asphalt mixture were ana- lyzed through standard Marshall Test, retain Marshall Test, freeze-thaw split test, immersion scattering test, rutting test, GTM and uniaxial penetration test. The results showed that the high temperature stability of warm-mix asphalt mixture was superior to hot- mix; the water stability of warm-mix asphalt mixture was the same as hot-mix; the water stability and high temperature stability of warm-mix asphalt mixture were close to the hot-mix.
