There are many circumstances which belong to Nash bargaining situation in reality. It is impor- tant for Nash bargaining solution. In this paper, the general model of Nash bargaining theory was analyzed by the bargaining over the partition of a cake, and the conditions of Nash bargaining solution were discussed. The Split - The - Difference Rule and Risk Aversion was presented. It has strong practical significance.
