为研究可调速盘式异步磁力联轴器处于角向不对中工况下的输出转矩特性,首先对该联轴器角向不对中的运动机理进行了理论分析,然后利用Ansoft有限元软件对可调速盘式异步磁力联轴器在不同角向不对中量下的运行状态进行三维模拟分析,得到了其磁感应强度分布云图和输出转矩曲线及其对比表,最后进行了误差分析。研究结果表明:随着角向不对中量的增加,可调速盘式异步磁力联轴器的输出转矩出现了先减小后增大的趋势;当角向不对中量达到2°时,联轴器的输出转矩依然能够保持较高的精度和效率。分析结果对可调速盘式异步磁力联轴器以及其它磁力联轴器的安装调试及工作性能研究具有很好地指导意义。
The movement mechanism of couplings with angular misalignment was analyzed theoretically and the three-dimensional simulation about operation condition of Adjustable Axial Asynchronous Permanent Magnet Couplings with different angular misalignments was carried out for studying the output torque characteristics in this work. The magnetic flux density distribution chare, the output torque curve and correlation table were obtained, and the error was analyzed in the end. The results show that the torque decreases first and then increases with the increasing angular misalignment. The output torque can keep high efficient and precision when the angular misalignment is up to 2°. The analysis results will provide guidance for the installation and commissioning of this coupling and other magnet couplings as well as the operation characteristics study.
