在FER型分子筛前躯体ZSM-35的基础上,以四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)和阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为扩孔剂制备了ITQ-6分子筛。并采用XRD,IR和N2吸附等手段对分子筛进行了表征,结果表明,合成样品的结构沿着a轴方向的有序性降低了;在合成样品的外表面存在大量的S i-OH;合成样品与ZSM-35分子筛相比介孔面积和体积有了大幅度的增加。
Delaminated zeolite ITQ-6 was made by swelling and exfoliating the FER zeolite precursor ZSM-35 using tetrapropylammonium hydroxide(TPAOH) and cetyltrimetylammonium bromide(CTAB) as swelling agent.The synthesized product was characterized by XRD,IR,and N2 adsorption-desorption.The results indicated that the synthesized product has a remarkable reduction of ordering property along the a-axis.There are large amount of silanol group on outer surface of the product sample synthesized.Comparing to ZSM-35 zeolite,the product synthesized has larger mesoporous surface area and volume.
