以平菇菌株韩CB100为试验材料,接种托拉斯假单胞杆菌后,将子实体置于不同温度、不同湿度、不同CO2浓度的环境中培养,观察记录发病情况并计算病情指数,研究不同环境条件对褐斑病致病情况的影响。结果表明:不同温度条件下病情指数存在显著性差异,18℃、20℃条件下,子实体发病较重,23℃时发病较轻;70%-80%和90%-100%两个不同湿度条件的褐斑病发病率差异不显著;CO2含量0.6‰-0.9‰时较0.3‰-0.6‰时褐斑病发生严重,两者差异显著。
Pseudomonas tolaasii was inoculated on the test fruit-bodies of oyster mushroom strain Korea CB100 in different environment,disease index was calculated through the recorded of disease incidence.The effect of fruiting temperature,relative humidity,carbon dioxide concentration on the incidence of brown blotch disease affecting were determined.The results show that significant differences in resistance to brown blotch disease were recorded at the different temperature.The highest disease index values were recorded when the fruiting temperature was set at 18 ℃,20 ℃ compared with 23 ℃ and 27 ℃.But no significant differences in the index values were observed when the relative humidity was maintained between either 70%-80% or 90%-100%.The highest disease index values was recorded when the carbon dioxide concentration was set at 0.6‰-0.9‰ compared with 0.3‰-0.6‰.
