地方高校要培养具有就业优势的应用型声乐人才，必须构建符合自身特色的人才培养模式。本文提出以“平台＋柔性模块”的形式构建地方高校应用型声乐人才培养模式，创建通识教育平台、学科基础与专业课程平台、实践创新平台，在各平台之下设置相应的柔性课程模块供学生选修，辅之以科学的评价体系，以期推动地方高校应用型声乐人才的培养。
英文摘要：
The local colleges and universities to cultivate the employment advantage of the application of vocal music talents,must build in line with their own characteristics of personnel training model. This paper presents a ＂platform ＋ flexible module＂ to form the training mode of local colleges and universities of applied vocal talents,create a general education platform,discipline foundation and professional course platform and practice innovation platform,set the corresponding module in the flexible curriculum for the students under the platform,complemented by a scientific evaluation system,in order to promote the local the application of vocal training.
