断奶会显著改变仔猪肠道菌群结构,保持仔猪在断奶过程中肠道微生物结构的稳定性和健康,是缓解仔猪断奶应激的一个有效方法。本研究通过日粮中补给罗伊乳酸杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌,探讨罗伊乳酸杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌对仔猪胃肠道主要细菌的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,日粮补给枯草芽孢杆菌降低胃和十二指肠中乳酸杆菌含量,提高空肠、回肠和结肠中乳酸杆菌含量,显著降低大肠杆菌在各肠段的含量。日粮补给罗伊乳酸杆菌或者金霉素,显著提高各肠段乳酸杆菌含量,降低各肠段大肠杆菌含量。这些结果为微生物制剂在仔猪断奶上的应用提供肠道微生物方面的依据。
Weaning stress influences primarily the intestinal microflora of piglets. To keep the stability and health of the intestinal microflora of piglets during weaning stress is a feasible method for stress relief of weaning. The present study investigated the influences on the intestinal microflora of piglets of dietary supplementation with Lactobacillus reuteri and Bacillus subtilis. The results indicated that dietary supplementation with Bacillus subtilis increased the content of Lactobacillus in jejunum, ileum and colon of piglet, however reduced in stomach and duodenum, and importantly decreased the content of E.coil in different segments of piglet intestine. Dietary supplementation with Lactobacillus reuteri or Chlortetracycline significantly increased the content Lactobacillus and decreased the content of E.coil in different segments of piglet intestine. These results provide important bases for microbial feed additive applications in piglets weaning stress.
