国际交流中大量发布的电离图往往是图片格式的,因此对图片式电离图的参数判读可以更多地收集不同地区的电离层信息.本文主要结合图像处理技术,图像投影方法以及国际参考电离层(IRI),NeQuick2模型对图片式电离图的F2层参数的自动判读算法进行研究.利用武汉大学电离层实验室研制的电离层探测系统记录的电离图以及子午工程在武汉左岭的DPS-4垂测仪记录的电离图对该自动判读方法进行检验,并将自动判读结果与人工判读的参数进行比较,验证结果表明该自动判读方法有较高的可靠性,稳定性和普适性.
Generally,ionograms are often published by the form of films in the international ionospheric community, therefore the ionosphere over different areas would be known well if we could scale ionograms related to films. This paper introduced a new technique for automatic scaling of the F2 layer( critical frequency and virtual base height of the F2 layer,which are fo F2 and h’F2)in ionograms with the form of films based on the image processing techniques,image projection algorithms, International Reference Ionosphere( IRI),and NeQuick2 model. First,films of ionograms recorded by Wuhan Ionospheric Sounding System and DPS-4 were scaled automatically by the present method. Then, the corresponding ionograms were scaled manually by the same operator. Last,we carried out a comparison between the automatic and manual parameters of the F2 layer. Results show that the present method is reliable,stable and common to scale films of ionograms recorded by different ionospheric sounding systems.
