目的:测定不同产地盐巴戟天与生巴戟天中水晶兰苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法。色谱条件:色谱柱为phenomenonCl8柱(250.0mm×4.6mm,5μm);甲醇0.4%磷酸水溶液(595-28.871.2,15min)为流动相;流速1mLmin1;检测波长237nm;柱温30oС。结果:巴戟天盐制后水晶兰苷含量与生品比较降低15%。结论:盐制对巴戟天中的水晶兰苷含量有一定影响。
Objective:To determine the content of monotropein in different regions of morinda officinalis processed with salt and raw Morinda offieinalis. Methods:Adopted HPLC method. Column chromatography conditions:chromatographic column was phenomenon C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) ;And methanol versus 0.4% phosphoric acid water solution (5 : 95 - 28.8 : 71.2,15 min) as mobile phase;And the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 237 nm and Column temperature was 30 ℃. Results:The content of monotropein in morinda offieinalis processed with salt was reduced by about 15% compared to the content in raw morinda of- fieinalis. Conclusion : There is a certain influence of salt processing on the content of monotropein in morinda offieinalis.
