提出了一种分步分摊电压电流的谐波责任分摊方法。在考虑滤波器、谐波电压和谐波电流初相角、谐波源用户数目等因素的基础上,对该方法的分摊原理进行了分析,建立了多谐波源用户的谐波电压和电流责任分摊的通用数学模型,并给出了详细的实施步骤;最后,以某3谐波源用户系统为例,建立了PSCAD仿真模型,仿真分析了滤波器投入对谐波责任分摊的影响;结果表明所提方法可很好地分摊多谐波源用户问的谐波责任,大幅提高了谐波责任分摊的精确性。
A method of harmonic responsibility proration among multiple harmonic sources(users) is proposed,which apportions the voltage and current harmonics step by step and takes different factors into account,such as filters,initial phase angle and harmonic source amount. Its principle is analyzed,its general mathematical model is established,and the detailed implementation steps are given. A simulation system model with three harmonic sources is established in PSCAD and the impact of filter operation on harmonic responsibility proportion is analyzed. Results indicate that,the proposed method apportions well the harmonic responsibility among multiple users ,with greatly improved accuracy.
