研发人员创造力是企业获得竞争优势的关键驱动因素。通过对国内多个城市183名IT企业研发人员的调查,以知识共享为例,对团队规范影响研发人员创造力的中介机制进行实证研究。研究表明,团队知识共享规范显著影响研发人员的知识共享行为,并进一步显著影响研发人员的创造力。
Creativity of R&D professional is one of the main forces for enterprises to achieve competitive advantage. Using data from 183 R&D professionals in some main cities of China, we have found that group knowledge sharing norms impact positively on R&D professional creativity, mediated by knowledge sharing behavior. Implications of these results for HRM practice and future research are discussed.
