质保服务策略已成为提高供应链绩效的重要手段,提供质保服务必然承担相应的成本,而这种成本将影响整个供应链的管理决策和绩效水平.本文以一个制造商和一个零售商组成的两阶段供应链为对象,考虑产品需求同时受产品价格和质保期长度影响,研究分别由制造商和零售商提供质保服务情形下供应链的协调问题.研究发现批发价格契约无法有效实现供应链的协调,而通过相应的供应链参数设计,基于收益共享和质保成本共担的契约和回购契约能实现供应链的协调.最后,算例分析说明了本文所设计契约的合理性和有效性.
Warranty service has been an important tool in enhancing a supply chain's performance. Warranty service results in warranty costs, which will affect the decision making processes and performances of any given supply chain. This paper investigates the coordination mechanisms of a two stage supply chain with a manufacturer and a retailer, under the assumption that product demand is a function of the warranty period and product price. It is found that the decentralized supply chain cannot be coordinated effectively by the wholesale price contract, which is widely used in the supply chain practice; however, the supply chain can be coordinated by the proposed contract with revenue sharing and warranty-cost sharing, and the buy-back contract, which are implemented by the specified supply chain parameters. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the proposed contracts of supply chain coordination.
