在铆钉不同高径比情况下,采用试验方法从铆钉宏观变形和微观连接方面分析铆钉钉杆长度对连接的影响.结果表明:放电电压升高,铆钉钉头变形量增加.电磁铆接对夹层材料厚度不敏感,对于不同钉杆长度的铆钉,铆钉钉杆变形均匀.随着铆钉钉杆长度增加,钉杆均匀性略有下降.在铆钉成形钉头处,有明显的剪切带生成.在铆钉钉杆与铝合金板连接处,铆钉与铝合金板紧密连接.在铆钉钉杆与复合材料连接处,铆钉与复合材料形成良好连接,对复合材料的挤压程度小,未出现复合材料分层和开裂.
Under the different ratios of rivet length to diameter,the effect of rivet shaft length on joining from rivet macro deformation and micro joining was investigated by experimental method in electromagnetic riveting.The results showed that the rivet deformation increased with the discharge voltage increasing.Electromagnetic riveting was not sensitive to sandwich thickness.To different rivet shaft length rivet,the rivet shaft deformation was uniform.The rivet shaft uniformity decreased slightly with the rivet shaft length increasing.The adiabatic shear band was obvious at formed rivet head position.The joining of rivet and aluminium alloy plate was compact at the joining position between rivet shaft and aluminium alloy plate.The rivet and composite can achieve good joining at the joining position between rivet shaft and composite.At the same time,the extrusion degree of rivet to composite was little and the lamination and dehiscence were not observed.
