目的:研究芦荟多糖对阿司匹林致小鼠胃溃疡的预防作用.方法:采用阿司匹林灌胃造成小鼠慢性胃溃疡损伤模型,将小鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、模型组、芦荟多糖低、中、高剂量预处理组、硫糖铝预处理组.分别测定各组小鼠的胃粘膜溃疡指数,计算溃疡发生率及溃疡抑制率,并观察大体及显微镜下组织学变化,以评价阿司匹林致胃溃疡损伤程度及芦荟多糖的预防保护效果.结果:不同浓度的芦荟多糖预处理组与模型组比较,胃粘膜溃疡指数明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),呈剂量相关性,浓度越高,溃疡指数越低,溃疡抑制率越高.与硫糖铝保护组相比,尽管低、中、高剂量芦荟多糖组小鼠的胃粘膜溃疡指数下降更加明显,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论:芦荟多糖预处理对阿司匹林所致的小鼠胃溃疡有明显的预防保护作用,且其保护作用与硫糖铝相当.
AIM: To investigate the preventive effect of aloe polysaccharides on gastric ulcer in mice induced by aspirin. METHODS : The model of chronic gastric ulcer caused by gavage of aspirin was established. The mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, including normal control group, model group, aloe poly- saccharides preconditioning groups (including low-dose, middle- dose and high-dose group) and sucralfate preconditioning group. The ulcer index of mice were measured in per groups, and the ulcer incidence and inhibition rate of gastric ulcers were calculated. Through gross appearance and histological changes under the microscope, the injury severity of gastric ulcer induced by aspirin and preventive effect of aloe polysaccharides on gastric ulcers were evaluated. RESULTS: Ulcer indexes of aloe polysaccharides preconditioning groups were obviously lower than those of model control, with statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ). The more the aloe polysaccharides dosage, the lower ulcer indexes and the higher rate of inhibition of gastric ulcer were, which was dose related. Compared with sucralfate preconditioning group, Ulcer indexes were reduced significantly in aloe polysaccharides precon- ditioning groups, with no statistically significant differences (P〉 0.05). CONCLUSION: The preconditioning of aloe polysaccha- rides has significant preventive effect on gastric ulcer in mice induced by aspirin, and its effect is comparable with sucralfate.
