由于起步离合器所处位置的特殊性和回流功率的影响,使新型军用无级变速传动系统与以往汽车的自动变速系统的起步控制存在一定的不同。采用离合器局部恒转速控制方法和起步自动接合控制策略,进行传动系统效率计算及参数最优化设计,并建立起传动系统的数学模型,为新型军用无级自动变速汽车的自主研制、开发提供理论设计依据。
Continuously variable transmission system with reflux power reserves merits of higher transmission efficiency, wider range of ration and lower manufacture cost, with the effect of the reflux power and special location of the starting clutch, the starting control of the reflux continuously variable transmission system differs from the traditional. Based on the control method of segmental constant engine speed ,the mathematic model of reflux continuously variable transmission system and the control strategy of the starting clutch are proposed. It provides theoretical basis to design ,fabricate and exploit vehicle with the reflux continuously variable transmission for army.
