为了在低温下精炼提纯冶金硅,在1200℃下采用Na_3AlF_6-20at%Al_2O_3渣剂进行了Al-Si合金造渣精炼去除冶金硅中硼杂质的研究。结果表明,造渣精炼工艺能明显提高Al-Si合金的除硼效果。在相同的熔炼时间下,Al-Si合金造渣精炼后初晶硅中杂质硼的含量降低至2.85×10^-6,相比单一的没有渣精炼处理的除硼效果提高了15.7%;同时发现,随着造渣精炼时间的延长,初晶硅中杂质硼的去除效果逐渐增加。
In order to refine metallurgical grade silicon at low temperature, boron removal from Al-Si alloy at 1200 ℃was investigated by using Na_3AlF_6-Al_2O_3 slag. The results show that the slag-making refining process can obviously improve the removal effect of the boron from the Al-Si alloy. Under the same melting time, impurity boron content in primary silicon is reduced to 2.85×10^-6 after refining slag of A1-Si alloy. The removal effect of the boron is increased by 15.7% compared with the sample without the treatment of slag-making refining. Moreover, the removal effect of impurities in primary silicon crystal gradually increases with the prolonging of slag-making refining time.
