为了研究短切玄武岩纤维增强混凝土(BFRC)基本力学性能及其受纤维掺量的影响。通过试验的方法,开展了这种新型复合建筑材料在的不同纤维体积掺量情况下的抗压强度研究。试验结果表明:混凝土掺入0.05%、0.1%、0.15%、0.2%、0.25%和0.3%六种不同体积含量的玄武岩纤维后,混凝土的坍落度出现不同程度的降低,试件的抗压强度得到不同程度的提高,且提高幅度与玄武岩纤维的体积掺量有直接关系。对比直掺法和预处理法两种制备工艺,在条件相同时下,预处理掺入方法所制备的BFRC的增强、增韧效果要优于直掺法制备的BFRC。结论:玄武岩纤维混凝土具有良好的力学性能,纤维的掺量和制备工艺的不同均会在不程度上影响其抗压强度。
In order to study the basic mechanical properties of chopped basalt fiber reinforced concrete (BFRC) and the impact of basalt fiber reinforced concrete by fiber content.By the experimental method,the research was carded out to study the compressive strength of this new type of composite materials with different fiber content.The results show that when concrete mixed with 0.05% ,0.1% ,0.15%, 0.2% ,0.25% and 0.3%for six different volume content of basalt fiber, concrete slump appeared different degree decrease, the compres- sive strength of specimens are improved to different degrees, and the increase of amplitude is directly related to the CBF volume con- tent,In the same conditions, comparison of direct mixing method and pretreatment methods of two kinds of preparation technology, the enhancement and toughening effect of BFRC with the pretreatment method is superior to BFRC with the direct mixing method.Conclu- sions are basalt fiber reinforced concrete has good mechanical properties, content and preparation of different fibers will affect its com- pressive strength in different extent.
