m试验制作了几何尺寸相同但铅芯直径不同、橡胶硬度不同的3个扇形铅橡胶阻尼器,通过自行设计的L型加载架对其进行低周往复荷载作用下的滞回性能试验.针对不同加载波形、加载频率、加载位移幅值、橡胶硬度以及铅芯尺寸等参数验证扇形铅橡胶阻尼器的耗能能力.研究结果表明:该阻尼器滞回曲线饱满、耗能能力较强,具有较好的大变形能力;阻尼器的加载波形、加载频率与加载幅值、橡胶硬度以及铅芯直径均会对其滞回性能产生相应影响.
Three sector lead rubber damper (SLRD) specimens are made in same sizes but dif-ferent lead rod diameter and rubber hardness. The tests are conducted under low frequency cyclic load by the self-designed L model loading device to study the hysteretic performances of SLRD specimens. The influences from different loading wave form, loading frequency, loading amplitudes, rubber hardness and lead rod diameter on specimen energy dissipation capacity are further analyzed. It is concluded that SLRD exhibits full hysteresis curve, excel-lent energy dissipation capacity, and large deformation capacity in the test; the loading wave form, loading frequency and loading amplitudes, rubber hardness and lead rod diameter have an impact on hysteretic performance of SLRD.
