采用放电等离子烧结方法,制备了含蛇纹石的TiAl基复合材料(TAS)和TiAl合金。从室温到800℃,对磨球为氧化铝球,恒定负载11.5N和恒定速度0.18m/s的条件下,比较它们之间的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,TAS具有低的摩擦系数与磨损率,分别约为0.42~0.52和(1.97~4.48)×10~(-4) mm~3/(N·m)。固体润滑剂蛇纹石作为抗磨减摩剂,促进了磨损表面形成润滑层。
Using the method of spark plasma sintering, TiAl composites with serpentine powder(TAS) and TiAI alloy were prepared. Their tribological properties were compared under the conditions of temparature of 25 ℃ to 800℃, a constant load of 11.5 N and a constant speed of 0.18 m/s with Al2O3 as against the ball. Tribological results show that TAS has relative low friction coefficient and wear rate, which are about 0.42~0.52, and (l. 97~4.48) ×10 ^-4mm3/(N · m), respectively. Solid lu- bricant serpentine promotes the formation of the worn surface lubricating layer, which acts as anti-wear and anti-friction agent.
