缓冲器阻尼特性对于起落架缓冲性能尤为关键。分别基于工程算法和流固耦合及动网格方法,对某起落架缓冲器的阻尼特性进行了计算和仿真分析。结果表明:仿真所得的流场分布与工程分析结果相似,并且仿真方法能够用于分析内流场复杂的起落架缓冲器问题。整个仿真计算过程与传统的仿真方法相比,建模方便,计算快速有效。仿真分析值与工程计算结果的相对误差为7%,并且在速度载荷较大时,相对误差缩小。进一步分析表明仿真方法与实际情况接近。
Damping performance plays a key role in the landing gear shock absorber. The damping performance of a landing gear was analyzed based on engineering method and fluid-structure interaction method including dynamic mesh. The results show: the distribution of flow field based on simulation method is similar to the results of engineering method. Besides,the simulation method can be used to analyze the flow field in a complex landing gear buffer. The modeling process is more convenient and the result is valid comparing traditional simulation method. The relative error between results of simulation method and engineering estimation is 7 percent. Further more,the relative error is reduced in a high-speed load. Further analysis shows that the results of simulation are close to the actual situation.
