土地整理是一种综合性的区域开发活动,在开发过程中不可避免的会对生态环境产生直接的和间接的、有利的和有害的影响。在综合分析有关资料的基础上,指出为了使土地整理的负面影响最小化.必须采取积极的措施进行生态补偿,并从生态结构的合理性、生态功能的稳定性、生态环境的适宜性3个方面构建了由植被覆盖率、景观破碎度等17个指标组成的评价指标体系.对土地整理前后的区域生态环境进行了分析.旨在为调节土地整理过程中人类活动的干扰强度和干扰方式以及改善项目区生态环境提供科学依据。
On the basis of synthetically analyzing relational data,this paper proposed that to minimize the negative impact of land consolidation,positive measures for ecological compensation was necessary. To adjust disturbance intensity and manners of human activity and improve ecological environment of project area in the process of land consolidation, the evaluation index system of ecological environment disturbance intensity was constructed which consists of 17 indexes from the rationality of ecological structure, the stability of ecological function and the suitability of ecological environment.
