目的研究适于生物数据复原的配准方法。方法使用3种常用的配准算法对原始训练样本集进行配准,构建样本的ASM模型,在此基础上进行数据复原,评价不同配准算法下的数据复原效果。结果三维权值配准法在进行器官复原上效果优于其他算法。结论该算法适用于进行形状相似度高的生物模型配准。
Aim To find out best fit registration algorithm for life data restore.Methods Original set of samples was registered,relatively using three common registration algorithms,and an active shape model(ASM) was built.Data restore was carried out based on ASM,and the effects of data restore were evaluated.Results 3DWR algorithm is better than two other algorithms.Conclusion The algorithm is fit for registration of life models of similar shape.
