高校学习困难学生群体的逐渐扩大成为高等教育的重点和难点问题。笔者以江苏省某省属工科高校为例,开展了高校学习困难学生形成的自身因素研究。通过问卷调查的实证研究,分析学习困难学生形成的主要自身因素,探索相应的学业救助具体措施。结果发现,学习困难学生学习自信较高,学习投入不足,学习态度不端正,学习兴趣一般。建议提高学习困难学生时间管理能力,提升教师的职业素养和教学技能,激发学习困难学生的内在学习动机。
College students with learning difficulties group gradually expand to become important and difficult issues in higher education. Taking a provincial university in Jiangsu Province for example, the au- thor launches the research on their own internal forming factors of college students with learning difficul- ties. Through empirical research by questionnaire, this paper analyzes their primary own forming factors of students with learning difficulties and explores the corresponding assistant measures. The result shows that college students with learning difficulties have high learning self-confidence, low learning inputs, bad learning attitude and general learning interest. It suggests improving the time management disposition of the students and the professionalism and teaching skills of teachers, and stimulating the internal learning motivation of the students.
