相对传统工艺制备葡萄糖酸,采用双极膜法在节能减排、降低生产成本、提高产品品质等方面有极大的改善。本中试研究以生产成本为评价标准,用BPM2-500型装有40组、有效膜面积共有2.0m2的双极膜中试设备,采用二隔室组合、国产双极膜+进口阳膜、料液质量分数为30%、电流密度为500A·m-2恒流的条件下,获得较好的结果:葡萄糖酸钠的转化率为98%以上、30%的料液转化能耗为124kWh·t-1、30%的酸液生产成本为225元·t-1,远低于传统工艺的420元·t-1。本文的成果填补国内双极膜法生产葡萄糖酸中试研究的空白,也为此工艺的产业化打下基础。
Bipolar membrane electrodialyzer was designed to convert sodium gluconate feed to gluconic acid. Such electrodialyzer consisted of two cells,spacers,domestic bipolar membrane,cationic exchange membrane,and etc. The best results was obtained at 500 A·m-2:the conversion rate of sodium gluconate was more than 98.5 % ,30% acid energy consumption 124 kWh·t-1 of acid ,and process cost 225 RMB·t-1 of acid which was less than traditional cost 420 RMB·t-1. The cost can be further decreased by scale up production. This technique can improve the traditional process especially in the aspects of energy consumption,process cost,environmental benignity and product quality.
