组织中员工的合理建言能够激发组织的战略性思考、改善工作流程、提升组织决策有效性、预防危机,从而提高组织效能。本文基于对现有相关文献的回顾,首先分析了组织中员工建言行为的概念内涵,然后介绍了建言行为的测量方法,接下来从不同的视角分析了建言行为的影响因素以及影响结果,最后对未来建言行为研究的发展趋势进行了简要展望。
The reasonable voice behavior in organizations can stimulate strategic thinking, improve work process and the effectiveness of organizational decision-making, and prevent the crises, thereby increasing organizational effectiveness. Based on a review of related literature, this paper first analyzes the connotation of employee voice behavior in organizations. Then it presents the measurement methods of voice behavior and analyzes the influencing factors and effects of voice behavior from different perspectives. Finally it conducts a brief outlook for future trends of voice behavior research.
