对于开放的电力市场,网损成本分量提供的经济信号对引导电力市场参与者合理配置资源有着不容忽视的作用。基于支路耗散功率分配法,推导了一种网损微增率新算法。该算法不依赖于平衡节点,能够反映包括平衡节点在内的系统所有节点对网损的影响,从而在物理层面上建立起系统各节点与支路耗散功率之间的微增量关系。运用该算法对IEEE-30节点系统进行仿真计算,验证了该算法的正确性和有效性。
For deregulated electricity markets, the economic signal offered by loss cost component plays an unneglectable role in guiding market participants to rationally configure resources. Based on the imputation of impedance-branch dissipation power, a new algorithm for incremental transmission loss is deduced, which does not depend on slack bus and can reflect the impacts of all buses in the system, including the slack bus, on network loss, thus the incremental expression of branch dissipation power in terms of bus power injections is built physically. Using the proposed algorithm, the IEEE 30-bus system is simulated, and simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is correct and effective.
