对分离出的具有抑制大豆孢囊线虫发生的菌株进行适当条件下纯培养后，取其发酵液与微量元素B、Mo按照一定比例进行复配，初步筛选出对大豆孢囊线虫有明显的抗病、抑线效果的生物制剂。研究结果表明，经该制剂拌种后，进行盆栽和小区试验可以明显增强植株抗病能力，提高植株体根系活力、增强植株光合能力、增加产量。
英文摘要：
In order to fix typical biological agent to prevent the controlling soil borne plant diseases, we mixed the ferment of biological agent, which could prevent Soybean Cyst Nematode diseases with the microelements B and Mo in some certain concentration. The results addicted that： the application of the sieved biological agent to the seeds in pot and small area planting can clearly increase the livingness of roots, photosynthesis and improve the yield of soybean, strength the antivirus of plant.
