热处理对镁合金的影响已受到广泛关注。综述了当今国内外现有的镁合金热处理的方法(如退火、固溶、时效、形变热处理、氢化处理、表面热处理等)以及特点,阐述了热处理工艺对镁合金显微组织、力学性能、腐蚀性能的影响,最后展望了镁合金热处理的发展方向。
Much attention has been paid to heat treatment on magnesium alloys. The current essential techniques (including annealing, solution, aging, thermo-mechanical treatment, hydrogenating treatment, surface heat treatment and so on) and features of heat treatment applied to magnesium alloys are summarized. Especially the effects for magnesium alloys on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are introduced. In the end, the development direction on heat treatment of magnesium alloys are prospected.
