利用二硫化碳与水不混溶的特点,设计了油相为溶有单质硫的二硫化碳溶液、水相为金属盐水溶液的两相体系,在100℃溶剂热条件下发生反应,制备出具有不同微/纳结构的系列金属硫化物,如CdS、PbS和CuS枝晶、ZnS微米球和Ag2S花生状纳米球结构等,证实了该合成方法具有通用性。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)等手段对产物进行成分与结构的表征,提出了油-水界面反应制备微/纳结构金属硫化物的可能机理,并用荧光分光光度计(PL)对产物的光学性质进行了研究。
A series of micro/nano metal sulfides such as CdS,PbS and CuS dendrites,ZnS microspheres,Ag2S peanut-like nanospheres have been synthesized by the solvothermal reactions between metal salt aqueous solution and CS2 solvent dissolved with sulfur at 100 ℃.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and the optical properties were investigated through photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy.The possible mechanism for preparing micro/nano metal sulfides at the oil-water interface is suggested.
