在整理及分析国内外相关研究文献的基础上,本文以桂林国家旅游综合改革试验区为例,运用结构方程模型(SEM)模拟游客感知的城乡旅游公共服务体系与旅游目的地满意度的结构关系。结果表明:(1)旅游接待服务感知成为影响旅游地游客满意度最为关键的因素;(2)政府主导下的旅游公共服务体系感知也被证实为影响旅游接待服务感知、游客满意度的显著因素;(3)政府主导下的旅游公共服务体系建设是桂林提升旅游竞争力的关键。最后针对研究结果提出一些建议,并指出本文的不足及今后的研究方向。
With domestic tourism industry into transition,the construction of tourist destination public service catches more and more attention from all circles.At present the country has established a planning group in tourism public service planning to study what is the development target of tourism public service,system construction and so on all over the country in order to provide protection for tourism public service's scientific operation and the orderly development.Tourism public service construction boom shows throughout the country.However,the theoretical research on current tourism public service shows that the problems are separating from the development,and the empirical quantitative research about tourism public service almost is blank.How to promote tourism public service(system) research in academic level and tourism destination construction in practice level become the most pressing demand of the current research,which also has the extremely vital significance.The paper based on sorting and analyzing the domestic and foreign relevant literatures,using structural equation modeling(SEM) approach to simulate the structural relationship of urban and rural tourism public service system and the satisfaction of tourism destinations.The results indicated that: 1) Tourism reception services perception becomes the most crucial factors of satisfaction for tourists in tourism destination;2) Government-led tourism public service system perception has also been proved to be significant factors that affects the tourism reception services perception and tourist satisfaction;3) The focus of enhancing Guilin tourism competitiveness is government-led and non-market.Finally,limitations and suggestions for further study were also put forward.
