目的探讨中国广西汉族人群中DNMT1多态性与乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染慢性化易感性的相关性。方法在广西分别收集1 010例HBV感染慢性化患者(病例组)和1 032例自限恢复者(对照组),应用Sequenom MassArray质谱阵列技术对DNMT1基因的单核苷酸多态性位点rs4804490进行基因分型,用Logistic回归分析计算OR和95%CI,并校正性别和年龄。结果 rs4804490与HBV感染慢性化易感性无显著相关性(OR=1.13,95%CI=0.95~1.36,P=0.16)。对人群进行性别、年龄分层分析仍未发现显著相关性。结论 DNMT1基因单核苷酸多态性位点rs4804490可能与中国广西汉族人群HBV感染慢性化的易感性无关。
Objective To investigate the location and expression of the cell cycle regulatory protein(MRG15)in mammalian cells.Methods The full length cDNA sequence of MRG15 from plasmid was used to amplify with PCR,to conduct the eukaryotic expression vector of MRG15.Immunofluorescence and Western blot were adopted to detect the location and expression of MRG15 in the cell strain.Results Western blot results showed effective expression in the cells.Besides,the results of immunofluorescence indicated that MRG15 was located in cell nucleus.Conclusion The expression of MRG15 protein is localized in the nucleus,which lays foundation to further study of the function of MRG15.
