应用博弈理论研究了再生水利用交易中,污水处理厂供水企业和用水户双方所获得的最优经济收益。根据供水企业和用水者在再生水利用市场交易上的行为特征,建立了双方以效益最大化为目标的动态博弈模型,分析了在纳什均衡条件下,污水处理厂与用水户对再生水交易的行动策略方法,从而得出污水处理厂供水企业和用水户双方各自满意的最优收益,并用算例阐明了建模的思路与方法。
Both the sewage treatment plant supply companies and water users obtained the optimum economic benefits through applying game theory. According to behavioral characteristics of the water supply companies and water users in the market transaction of reclaimed water, the dynamic game model for the maximum benefit aims for both sides was established. In the Nash equilibrium conditions, both the sewage treatment plant companies and water users were analyzed for the action strategic approach for transaction of reclaimed water for obtainning the best benefits.The examples were made to clarify the modeling methods.
