依据激光冲击强化处理时被处理材料表层产生残余应力这一事实,应用弹塑性力学理论,对激光冲击强化处理过程中材料表层强化产生的残余应力进行了理论分析。并结合实验数据,用数学拟合方法给出了激光冲击处理金属材料表层残余应力估算的经验公式。结果表明该公式估算值与实验测试值有着很好的一致性。同时分析了剪切应力、数学建模、弹性模量、泊松比、残余应力的实验数据处理等对理论估算公式的影响。
Based on the fact that the compressive stress exists in laser shocked metal materials, using theory of plastic-elasticity, the residual stress of the zone treated is theoretically analyzed, which is induced by laser shocked wave. Combined with the experimental data, an empirical formula to estimate residual stress was given. The results indicate that the calculated value of the empirical formula consists with that of the experimental data. Meanwhile, the influence factors on the empirical formula are analyzed such as shearing stress, mathematic model, elastic modulus, Poisson ratio and the experimental data processing of residual stress.
